If within 7 days following the signup date we did not meet expectations described on our website, we are going to give you a refund. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and we’re always here to fulfill your needs. If the service we provided did not meet objective expectations or is not in line with our Terms of Service, you will get your money back.


Step 1:

Inform us via email: [email protected] that you are requesting a refund. Please, specify the reason why you are requesting a refund, alongside any screen shots, documentation or other facts supporting your claim.

Step 2:

You will be contacted by a member of Ighero within 48 hours regarding the outcome of your refund request.

Note: In case your refund request has been accepted your refund will be processed with 24h of the confirmation email.


You are not eligible for a refund if expectations described on our website were met in full. However, if we did not provide the promised results and/or service you will be getting your money back. Also, if you are not contacted by your account manager within 3 business day upon signing up, you are eligible for a refund.

If after signing up you don’t provide us with the details we require to grow your account within the first 7 days we will automatically issue a full refund less a 10% administration fee.

Auto renewal payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription, this must be done before your monthly auto renewal payment method, if you need help, just feel free to contact us any time!
