IG Hero develops and sells a SAAS Instagram marketing software worldwide.
IG Hero allows businesses and agencies to leverage their Instagram strategy for growth, really understands their numbers, schedule posts and eventually gain high-value followers and community ready to buy.
Since we launch of our SaaS software in 2018 we see the company shows a double-digit growth rate month over month, and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international, ever-growing too.
We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team to represent the company as the face of our operations and ensure our clients are happy on the software.
What we expect from you
- To welcome and train customers on IG Hero Software
- To provide tips and help on a daily basis
- To read data and keep track of our customers’ use of the platform in order to anticipate dissatisfaction
- To setup emailing campaigns and organize calls with our customers to gather feedback to improve the platform
- To work on Customer Happiness in order to favor renewal
- To analyze your own work in order to develop individual and team improvements
What we are looking for
- Someone who have greate community skills and available most on the time
- A first experience managing customers is much appreciated
- Someone energetic, open-minded and organized
- A love for challenge and the ability to propose solutions
- Great communication and listening skills
- A hard-working, highly motivated and team-oriented person
- Skill with numbers
- If you also speak another language, that would be great!
